Bailiff and Seizures
If you owe money to a creditor and they obtain a court order against you, among the possible procedures, the right to seize some of your property is part of it. These seizures may involve personal property, wage garnishment, or real estate seizure in some cases.
A bailiff will come to your home and serve you a notice of execution which will include the date of the judgment as well as the amount due.
